Lentil tomato waffles

A great savory waffle with a topping of ground beef, lentils and tomato.

This recipe is for four waffles and four toppings. Which makes for four 2-block snacks/meals. Off course you can make more or less of them if you like.

Banana carrot bread

Pre Zone I made a lot of banana breads. When someone asked me if I could make a Zone version I figured out how to fit my old recipes into a block proof one.

I think it worked out very delicious!

Goat cheese spinach quesadilla

This just is too good. I would love to eat one every day. It's a healthier and better version of a grilled cheese sandwich.

Mostly I love eating them as a four o'clock snack at work.
